Kyuubi paced around the forest of death staring around disguised as a human once again. He had grown accustomed to being in human form, for he could never tell when a person would decide to show up. His red eyes stared around as he thought about what to do here. He had come here before the chuunin exams so he could maybe take a look around. It had come to his attention that there were many new bandits lurking here, wanting to murder any genin that wandered here. Kyuubi paced a bit more, then rested against a rock, humming a random tune.

He thought he may have heard something, and he lifted his head instinctively, looking for whomever made a sound. Narrowing his eyes, he concentrated on some bushes to see a fox jump out. Oh... The false alarm ran off and Kyuubi laid back once again. The whole reason he'd be resting was for somebody to jump out. Cause if so, then he could strike back and know if there were anybody dangerous in these woods.

He had talked to the two tailed cat bijuu recently. She said there were some guys traveling, and she said it in a suspicious tone. Kyuubi sighed, waiting for something interesting to happen.

If there were bandits....even S-rank missing-nins, who knew what could happen to those genins?

Kyuubi as a human (one with the red hair)

Sashi was walking thrrough the woods for absolutely no reason, well actually, he was. He had figured no-one would find him after the theft from the mizukage.

There was absolutely silence to Kyuubi so far. The sound of small predator animals lurking were easy to find. There was a stream nearby turning the scenery peacefull even if this was the forest of death. It was almost perfect, until Kyuubi heard the sound of somebody shuffling through the forest. This awoke the nine tailed fox. Blinking, the bijuu remained in his relaxed position, but was now monitoring the sound as it got louder.

His still pointed ears actually twitched, as his (for now) blue eyes scanned the area. His eyes rested on a bunch of bushes, where he caught the sound's source. Interested, he clicked his pointed nails on another rock, making a sound for the person to hear as well. Kyuubi enjoyed acting as if he knew what was coming up, even though he had no idea who was there.

Sashi froze in place. He used chakra to force light around his body, effectively rendering himself invisible. He then used surplus chakra to create a chirping sound that seemed to come from the whole forest.

Kyuubi was much smarter than that. He was a fox after all, a creature equally as witty as the weasle. Th weasle of the canines you could say. The nine tailed fox stopped clicking his nails and concentrated through the chirping sound. The more this person tried to hide himself, the more he'd be suspected. The nine tailed fox carefully used his chakra, which still wouldn't tell who he was, to move along the ground slowly. The chakra was like a magnet for other chakra sources, as it drew at the shield the person had created and attempted to weaken it.

As this proceeded kyuubi carefully rose from his resting postition and withdrew the chakra from his legs to make him completely silent as he walked towards where the chakra was drawing the foreign chakra.

His blue eyes gleaming, he said almost mockingly.

''Why hello there.''

The fain outline of the akatsuki member disappeared in a faint wisp of smoke.

The nine tailed fox sighed and rolled his eyes. The good news was he was actually calm for once and not deciding to rip the man's throat out. Kyuubi instead walked out from that area and called out to the person.

''I'm not gonna harm you. If you do not step out it will just make me a little more pissed off. Also if you don't step out I won't have to chakra chase you and then do something I don't need to do....'' He called out calmly.

An echoing voice came from all around him (this time, no illusion) "And why should i do that, so you can take me in? Not likely boa!"

Kyuubi tapped his foot and glanced at an imaginary watch. It was almost as if he was trying to get a stubborn child back home. The nine tails yawned again.

''Alright. I see why you ain't wanting to come out. If you try fighting me, you're gonna look like an idiot at how weak you are boy.'' He mocked Sashi at the last word. Kyuubi rested on a tree as if he wasn't doing much or as if he was calling Sashi immature.

It being suskes fours time in the leaf village he got lost and found his wha in to the Forest of death " Omg I thin Il lost agin ... dam"he walkt deper in to the forest not relly pawing eneetenchin he fell over a BIG rout and ript his map, once he got up he notis a man with red hair then hid

"Hmph.... i'm not going to waste energy on an annoying brat like you... or him..."

Sashi disappeared in a puff of smoke. He was getting bored with the constant "all talk and no fight".

Kyuubi watched as Sashi somehow dispersed and shook it off. As long as he wasn't in the forest it was safer for the genins. Good work boring him Kyuubi thought. He noticed another presence. Turning his blue eyes saw Suske and walked towards him. Red chakra began to come off of him. It was demonic chakra, but it didn't tell that he was Kyuubi.

''Hello there~!'' Kyuubi said with a grin,showing fangs even in human form.

Susukt turnd his hed sloly as he shiverd, he then stard in to Kyuubi eyes ' h..... hi " suske sed vary skard , he dident no ether to run or skree

Kyuubi raised an eyebrow as if confused. He smirked a little, then made a short laugh.

''Heh heh....You don't have to be that scared.'' He laughed. ''Name is Kyuubi, nine tailed fox. Right now I'm in human mode, so you won't have to be scared. Besides I'm not hungry.'' He grinned.

suske took a gulp ... then comd doun " Hi Im Suske uchiha Im new to the leaf village .... Im looking for my frend HAichu in towen But I dont now whar that is " he sied

''Ah! Haichu! I haven't seen her lately but I'll try to get her to ya.'' Kyuubi said. ''Right now I'm trying to get rid of some missing-nins before the chuunin exams.'' kyuubi explianed.

''Know any that might be around?'' He asked.

Suske shuk his hd " no sorry........the chunin exams ... thats y I hav to go to the leaf village to report to the Hokage ... fo the chunin exams.." he replid

''The chuunin exams eh? So you in it too?'' Kyuubi asked. ''Well then I'll just lead you to Leaf Village~!'' He said and turned around and started walking.
